Wednesday, 5 June 2013: Sixty-Five Days Old.

Ayla’s been a bit of a grizzle guts today and I think she might be teething.

Doctor Google says babies don’t usually start teething til four months, the early ones at three months, but Ayla’s only 9.5 weeks.

She’s been dribbling lots over the past few days, and chewing on our hands, arms and fingers and any opportunity.

Then today she’s been the most unsettled she’s ever been, to the point where only a feed or dummy (or State of Origin on TV!) will keep her calm.

Ayla’s also spent almost all day asleep, unlike the last few days where she’s been awake almost non stop from 10am to 10pm.

I guess we’ll find out why she’s got the grumps soon enough…. At least I hope it’s soon!
