Monday, 8 July 2013: Fourteen Weeks Old.

Ayla is just so GOOD! She’s calm, happy, easy-going, friendly and adaptable, and I am so unbelievably greatfull!

Ayla and I have been interstate visiting family for the last two weeks and she’s been cuddled, cooed at and carried by just about everyone who came in contact with.

She slept in a reclined pram at night, had baths in freezing bathrooms, wore every item of warm clothing available and had her nappy changed in all possible seats of the hire car.

But still, Ayla was happy, contented and peaceful. The whole time.

And even now that we’re home, where the temperature is almost double and the car trips are shorter, she’s back into the swing of things. Happily and easily.
