Not herself

Thursday, 11 July 2013: One Hundred and One Days Old.

Ayla’s only been awake for about six hours today, and when she isn’t sleeping she’s just not herself.

For a baby who rarely cries, Ayla’s been sad, and whingey and clingy.

She’s been drooling like Hooch, grabbing at her face, and can’t seem to get comfy. She’s also been a bit jumpy and distracted too.

On a further, more official, inspection Hubby and I also discovered some little lumps on her gums.

Now, I know I’ve cried teething before, but this time it could be for real… Do babies teeth at three and a half months?

We’ll have to see how she goes tonight and get some bibs ready for tomorrow.
